To me massage is not just an indulgence, but a necessity in promoting overall health and a wonderful sense of well-being. Most of us can say we don't have a sense of well-being because of our hectic schedules and stressful lives.
My focus is to create an individualized treatment for you, each time you come in. You may need Neuromuscular Therapy because your neck is in pain, Relaxation because you are emotionally exhausted from your everyday demands, or Quantum Touch because you are feeling spiritually lost and disconnected. We may need to do a combination of techniques to create the massage session you need.
